Natasha began practising yoga at nineteen while staying in an ashram in the Himalayas, where breath, movement, and philosophy became part of daily life and quietly shaped everything that followed.
While working as a nurse at the Royal Brompton Hospital, yoga helped Natasha remain grounded and effective under pressure. After reaching the peak of her nursing career, she retrained as a yoga teacher and body therapist, allowing her to continue supporting health and wellbeing in a more embodied way.
Natasha has been teaching yoga for nineteen years. Her training includes a three-year, in-depth practical and academic programme with the British Wheel of Yoga, alongside Birthlight and the British School of Yoga, followed by extensive postgraduate training with leading teachers across the world.
Intuitive Yoga – Her Approach
Her classes are clear, accessible, light, and quietly fun. They focus on functional movement, breath awareness, nervous system regulation, and genuine rest, informed by yoga philosophy, somatic psychology, and modern neuroscience.
She still wobbles in balances, and she neither can nor wants to put her foot behind her head. This isn’t performative yoga—it’s about feeling better in your body and more at home in your life.

Self-Care Series: Guided Massage in the Pod. Upcoming Dates
This self-care series offers a deeply nurturing, guided massage experience in the warmth of the pod. Each session is thoughtfully themed, with some months focusing more on deeper myofascial and massage ball work, and others emphasising relaxation, nervous system settling, and gentle unwinding.
You’ll be guided through a combination of self-massage and body-based techniques, which may include:
- Massage ball work for deeper tissue release and myofascial ease
- Gentle acupressure techniques to support regulation and comfort
- Simple lymphatic drainage techniques to encourage flow and lightness
- The optional use of balms and butters to ease discomfort or promote relaxation
- Restorative positions and slow, mindful movement to support integration
Sessions are paced slowly and accessibly, allowing you to listen to your body and adapt the practice to your own needs on the day. The emphasis is on cultivating awareness, releasing held tension, and supporting a sense of grounding and wellbeing rather than “doing” or pushing.
No previous experience is needed. This is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself through skilled, embodied self-care.
