Techniques such as stretches, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage are used to ease tension and swelling. Yogic breathing and relaxation methods are also incorporated to promote a deep sense of well-being.

Recommended sessions are 60 or 75 minutes, tailored to personal preferences. Options include gentle abdominal massage to soothe stretched skin and relax tight ligaments, enhancing the connection between the mother and her baby. Alternatively, treatments can focus on the physiological changes during pregnancy, supporting a holistic approach to well-being.

I have developed a range of therapeutic, hand-blended, organic (where possible) aromatherapy oil blends. These are warmed and used during your treatment to maximise relaxation and provide a nurturing experience.
