(Womb Therapy for Women)
A specialised external treatment working with the abdomen, sacrum, and pelvic space to support digestive wellbeing, pelvic health, and the release of held tension, with womb-focused support for women.
This deeply considered therapy combines sacral and abdominal techniques, with womb-focused work included where appropriate. It works with the connective tissues of the abdomen, pelvis, and lower back to support the release of restriction, improve circulation, and encourage healthy organ mobility.
The treatment is suitable for both men and women. It may support digestive issues, post-surgical recovery, and patterns of tension held within the abdomen and pelvis. For women, it can also offer support for hormonal balance and reproductive health, including conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, fertility challenges, and irregular or painful menstruation.
By addressing areas of congestion and holding, the treatment may help to ease bloating, pelvic discomfort, and lower back pain, while supporting the body’s natural capacity to restore balance.
This is a nurturing and well-held treatment that also acknowledges the emotional and physiological imprints that can be stored within the abdominal and pelvic tissues. By working with sensitivity and respect, it supports the release of held patterns and a deeper sense of integration.
Sessions are slow, attentive, and non-invasive, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to reorganise with greater ease.
The treatment can be adapted to support you at different stages of life, including post-surgical recovery, preconception, postnatal recovery, and peri- and post-menopause.
Self-care guidance may be offered to support your treatment, including breath and movement practices, castor oil packs, and gentle self-massage support may include cycle awareness, breath and movement practices, castor oil packs, self-massage, and supportive pelvic care.
