NATASHA CALIA

With over 30,000 hours of hands-on experience since beginning my journey in 2007, my passion for craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, various massage styles, and yoga instruction remains as vibrant as ever. My approach to each client and treatment is infused with a fresh sense of positivity, driven by a deep interest in the interconnectedness of mental and physical health. Understanding that imbalances in life can manifest as stress and illness, I have dedicated myself to studying a wide range of practices aimed at enhancing overall well-being, creativity, relationships, and vitality, with a particular focus on physiology, trauma psychotherapy, and somatic approaches.

I specialize in the following treatments:

  • Craniosacral Therapy: A gentle approach to relieving tension and promoting well-being through the craniosacral system.
  • Lymphatic Drainage: A technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph and detoxify the body while strengthening the immune system.
  • Massage Treatments:
    • Abdominal Sacral Massage: Targets digestive and reproductive issues.
    • Clinical Massage: Addresses musculoskeletal problems, potentially incorporating medical acupuncture and osteopathic techniques.
    • Womb Massage: Supports fertility, postnatal recovery, and pregnancy.
    • Relaxation Massage: Combines aromatherapy, Indian Head, and Thai massage techniques for ultimate relaxation.
  • Yoga and Breath Work: Personalised sessions focusing on physical alignment and breathing techniques to enhance mental and physical well-being.

Workshops:
I also conduct aromatherapy product-making workshops in the clinic’s reception room, designed for small groups of up to three people, offering a hands-on experience in creating your own wellness products.
