NATASHA CALIA

Natasha Calia has over 30,000 hours of hands-on clinical experience since beginning her practice in 2007. Over the past 19 years, she has undertaken extensive professional training, holding 15 massage diplomas, four yoga diplomas, and numerous advanced practitioner qualifications in Craniosacral Therapy, kinesiology, and energetic and somatic-based approaches.
Her work is grounded in therapeutic massage, abdominal sacral therapy, craniosacral work, and lymphatic drainage where skilled, attuned touch engages directly with the lived experience held within the body’s tissues. These modalities form the foundation of her listening-based approach, supporting depth, precision, and sensitivity across all treatments.
Natasha offers Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Massage, Yoga, and Somatic Practice within a calm, embodied, and client-led framework. Rather than working symptom by symptom, she listens for patterns across the physical, emotional, and energetic body, supporting greater ease, balance, and vitality. Her work is informed by a long-standing interest in neuroscience, physiology, psychology, and somatic practice, alongside decades of personal exploration and ongoing professional development.
Natasha also offers hands on Medical Intuitive Treatment. This work has developed through years of training, personal practice, and integration. She has a natural sensitivity to clairvoyant, clairaudient, claircognitive, and clairsentient perception, which over time has been refined into a grounded, ethical, and trauma-informed approach. This aspect of her work is always client-led and used to support insight, clarity, and self-awareness.
