Massage is a beautiful way to connect through therapeutic touch. In this workshop, you’ll learn hands-on techniques to support your partner’s wellbeing. We’ll explore:

  •  Relaxing & Restorative Techniques – Incorporating Indian Head Massage, gentle Thai stretches, and soothing gliding strokes to melt away stress.
  •  Clinical & Targeted Work – Learn trigger point release, and deep tissue massage to ease tension, or lymphatic drainage to support the immune system.

This session is a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time together while gaining practical skills to nurture and care for your partner.

  •  Positioning & posture – Learn how to give a massage without straining yourself.
