Self-Care Series: Guided Massage in the Pod

This self-care series offers a deeply nurturing, guided massage experience in the warmth of the pod.

Each session is thoughtfully themed, with some months focusing more on deeper myofascial and massage ball work, and others emphasising relaxation, nervous system settling, and gentle unwinding.

What to Expect

You’ll be guided through a combination of self-massage and body-based techniques, which may include:

  • Massage ball work for deeper tissue release and myofascial ease
  • Gentle acupressure techniques to support regulation and comfort
  • Simple lymphatic drainage techniques to encourage flow and lightness
  • The optional use of balms and butters to ease discomfort or promote relaxation
  • Restorative positions and slow, mindful movement to support integration.

Sessions are paced slowly and accessibly, allowing you to listen to your body and adapt the practice to your own needs on the day. The emphasis is on cultivating awareness, releasing held tension, and supporting a sense of grounding and wellbeing rather than “doing” or pushing.

No previous experience is needed. This is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself through skilled, embodied self-care.
