Abdominal Sacral Womb Massage

A specialised, external treatment combining deep sacral, abdominal, and womb-focused techniques to support hormonal balance, reproductive health, and the release of stress held in the pelvis.

A specialised, external treatment combining deep sacral, abdominal, and womb-focused techniques to support hormonal balance, reproductive health, and the release of stress held in the pelvis.

A fusion of deep sacral, abdomen and womb massage techniques aiming to address hormonal, reproductive and stress related conditions stored in the pelvis

The massage works with the connective tissues of the abdomen, pelvis, and lower back, helping to release restriction, improve circulation, and support organ mobility. By addressing areas of congestion and tension, it can reduce bloating, pelvic discomfort, and lower back pain, while supporting conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, fertility challenges, and irregular or painful menstruation.

This is a considered, nurturing, and well-held treatment that also addresses emotional and physiological imprints stored in pelvic tissues, which may contribute to imbalance and dysfunction at their root. Sessions are slow, sensitive, and non-invasive, supporting nervous system regulation and allowing the body to reorganise with greater ease.

The treatment can be adapted to be safe at any stage of your menstrual cycle if needed. Where possible, the ideal time to book follows the guidance below:

  • Avoid the first three days of menstruation
  • For fertility support: after menstruation and before ovulation
  • To ease PMS or support emotional release: during the luteal phase (post-ovulation)
  • Perimenopausal, postmenopausal, postnatal, or post-surgical clients may book at any time, allowing two weeks after birth or surgery

An initial session, including consultation, lasts 90 minutes, and it is helpful to complete and return the consultation form in advance. Follow-up sessions last 75–90 minutes.

Self-care support may include cycle awareness, breath and movement practices, castor oil packs, self-massage, and supportive pelvic care.

Your treatment time is the time allocated on the couch; please allow an extra 15 minutes for consultation, preparation, feedback, and rebooking.
