Aromatherapy Mini Retreat

The recent Winter Retreat was such a joy, and it was truly lovely to share that time and space together. Building on its success, I’m delighted to invite you to a new Aromatherapy Mini Retreat, limited to just 12 places to keep the experience relaxed, personal, and unhurried.

Under guidance you’ll create:

  • a large 600 ml aroma therapy sugar or salt scrub
  • a 10 ml pure personal perfume
  • a 10 ml pure bespoke blend for bath or diffuser
  • and a rollerball for aromatherapy on the go

All materials, snacks, and refreshments are included, plus an aromatherapy apothecary to take away. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the process and unwind.

No previous aromatherapy experience needed.

Self-Care Series:
Guided Massage in the Pod

This self-care series offers a deeply nurturing, guided massage experience in the warmth of the pod. Each session is thoughtfully themed, with some months focusing more on deeper myofascial and massage ball work, and others emphasising relaxation, nervous system settling, and gentle unwinding.

What to Expect

You’ll be guided through a combination of self-massage and body-based techniques, which may include:

  • Massage ball work for deeper tissue release and myofascial ease
  • Gentle acupressure techniques to support regulation and comfort
  • Simple lymphatic drainage techniques to encourage flow and lightness
  • The optional use of balms and butters to ease discomfort or promote relaxation
  • Restorative positions and slow, mindful movement to support integration.

Sessions are paced slowly and accessibly, allowing you to listen to your body and adapt the practice to your own needs on the day. The emphasis is on cultivating awareness, releasing held tension, and supporting a sense of grounding and wellbeing rather than “doing” or pushing.

No previous experience is needed. This is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself through skilled, embodied self-care.

Aromatherapy for Pregnancy & Birth Workshop

90 minutes – £125

Understanding how to safely and effectively use aromatherapy at this special time can be both empowering and deeply nurturing.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll have access to a full range of pure essential oils and the opportunity to explore their benefits. Whether you want to create a massage oil to support labour, fill your birthing space with calming, familiar scents, or blend a therapeutic oil for pregnancy wellbeing, you’ll receive expert guidance to craft what’s right for you.

You can also create a soothing pillow spray or spritzer for relaxation during and after birth or a healing blend to support postnatal recovery.

Takeaways

You’ll take home a beautiful collection of personalised blends, each in high-quality labelled glass bottles:

Partner Massage Tuition for Wellbeing

Massage is a beautiful way to connect through therapeutic touch. In this workshop, you’ll learn hands-on techniques to support your partner’s wellbeing. We’ll explore:

  • ✨ Relaxing & Restorative Techniques – Incorporating Indian Head Massage, gentle Thai stretches, and soothing gliding strokes to melt away stress.
  • ✨ Clinical & Targeted Work – Learn trigger point release, and deep tissue massage to ease tension, or lymphatic drainage to support the immune system.

This session is a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time together while gaining practical skills to nurture and care for your partner.

Baby Massage & Yoga Workshop

60 minutes – £75

In this one-on-one session, you’ll learn a gentle, full-body baby massage routine in just an hour. Most babies respond best to massage in a calm, individual setting rather than a group, making this a more personalised and relaxing experience. If your baby has specific health or developmental needs, we can focus on tailored techniques to provide additional support. You are welcome to bring a partner along, and you’ll receive a detailed handout to continue your practice at home.
