Natasha works with a wide range of clients, including those recovering from injury, living with chronic conditions such as lymphoedema or chronic fatigue, pregnant and postnatal clients, and people seeking deep rest, regulation, and renewal. She also supports those who simply wish to experience a nurturing, soothing, and restorative treatment.

Natasha’s work is deeply attentive and guided by careful listening to the body. Each session meets the client where they are, allowing space for release, comfort, and a sense of being held and supported — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

The time you book includes a full initial consultation as an integral part of the session. This allows space to listen, observe, and tune in, combining discussion, postural awareness, subtle assessment, and medical intuitive insight to help identify underlying patterns and areas calling for support. Treatments are never rushed and unfold responsively within the time booked.

Where appropriate, clients may also receive home-care guidance, coaching, simple exercises and bespoke therapeutic oil blends and balms, to help extend and integrate the benefits of the session.

Natasha is deeply committed to her ongoing training with the Upledger Institute, with Yoga and meditation, and with continuing to develop her accredited training school and workshops.
