A 90-minute Medical Intuitive session (£150) grounded in deep, relational listening to the body. Sessions combine intuitive and metaphysical awareness with light-touch cranial sacral listening, organ-level awareness, and somatic approaches, working with containment, pacing, and consent.
Treatment supports insight into physical, emotional, and energetic patterns, alongside a gentle, coaching-based process offering practical, embodied steps for integration. Ongoing work may naturally include more hands-on assisted and release-based treatment in person, or guided metaphysical and somatic practices offered online. Aromatherapy, hot stones, and weighted blankets may be incorporated to support regulation, comfort, and ease. All sessions are self paced rather than led and to trauma-informed, In-person sessions with optional online follow-up coaching.
Treatment duration: 90 minutes
The depth of this work includes time for preparation, integration, and post-session grounding, which is reflected in the session cost.
